What is Energy Work?

Energy Work compliments conventional medicine by channelling natural energy to the patient in order to help them recover from illness, injury or distress.  It treats the whole being mind, body and spirit.  The benefits of Energy work can be found on many levels and the effects can be profound.

Is it Faith Healing?

Energy Work is not faith healing nor is it linked to any religion or religious beliefs. Depending on individual beliefs some people see the energy as divine and others see it as pure universal energy.  You can also look at it from a more scientific perspective in terms of electromagnetic fields, ions, quantum physics etc.

Is it the same thing as Reiki?

Yes they are basically the same thing.  The main difference is that Reiki is a more recent systemised form of healing that has become something of a brand name. The energy work I do is simple and natural.

What is your qualification?

I belong to the National Federation of Spiritual Healers which works alongside traditional healthcare and provides support programmes for the NHS.  I have also had the good fortune of attending an Equine Master class with well known animal healer Margrit Coates.
